We got a great deal on wotif.com.au, but never expected Darlington Resort Holiday Park to be as good as it is! It is an amazing family holiday - we stayed in a 3 brm gumnut villa (amazing space and quality) and there is SO much to do that we just couldn't do it all in a weekend! We wanted a relaxing family holiday away, as I (mum) am about to have an operation to remove a tumour - we got not a good, but a fantastic weedkend away at Darlington Resort! My kids LOVED the go-karts and the trampoline jumping pillow. We will definately go back - but for longer next time! We can't recommend it highly enough!

We visited Darlington Park during the Christmas School holidays as we heard that pony rides were being offered there. What can I say but WOW for the price we got a good ride through the beautiful camping grounds on the best little ponies. My Daughter had Princess Millie and she is such a delightful little pony, even my then 19 month old son had a go on munchkin. That little pony is sooooo cute and my son had a ball. There was also another pony called Knightly. He is just beautiful. The ponies are very well looked after and are so gentle. The lady and the teenage helpers were great too. They provided the safety helmets and lead us through the grounds, with such great care.

Will they be back in the spring holidays? My son just loves horses.

i just came back from satying at this wonderful place i came with my dad his girlfriend and my sister and my step-sister and i honestly have to say that this accomodation and all the activities that kids can do without being in an actuall club is absolutly wonderful the fool is so nice i also had a wonderful time eating a small but very big lemon meringue pie! it was delicious and you see even though i am not a critic i have to rate this place a 5 star holiday park!!!!!
i als know that the activities are good because i am a kid and you see thse activities let me go out and explore the park it was so much fun and the office ladies were so kind changing the bikes a total 7 times!

This is our 3rd year in a row coming to Darlington Beach. A group of 9 hired two of the Gumnut Cabins. The accommodation is great. The staff are friendly and the grounds are well maintained. I will recommend Darlo to anyone.

The Pool and Spa are terrific and there were so many things to do. We will be back again.

We have just returned from our annual summer holiday at Darlo and again we had such a relaxing time. The large camp site; activities and the beach are such a drawcard - as is the lounging around on the banana chair reading and snoozing are our favourite part of the whole holiday! We also love the wildlife! It's fantastic to have ducks waddling by and birds pop in as well as seeing the peacock and the kangaroos every so often! Living for a week in an outdoor setting is really healthy and refreshing and watching kids having fun participating in "old school" activities is just great! This has been our 7th holiday and we hope to come back again next year. See you soon!
