The first step is to arrange a visit. This will allow you time to wander through the Village and meet many of the exisiting residents who have already discovered this ideal way of life. You may consider selecting one of our vacant sites and choosing a new home to suit your lifestyle. Alternatively, there are a range of pre-loved homes for sale in the Village.

The home sites in the Village vary in size and shape according to their location but are considered to be larger than seen elsewhere. It is our intention to achieve a sense of space and privacy in a natural busland setting.

The cost of living at Darlington Beach Holiday Park:

Electricity, water and gas are separately metered. The resident pays a standard rate. Upon moving into the Village the resident pays for connection to utilities.
