*Information on how to enter the “WIN A HOLIDAY” promotion and prize is below and this information forms part of these conditions of entry.

How to Enter:

• The WIN A HOLIDAY entry form will be distributed online. After completing a Guest Feedback Survey, guests will be sent to a specific competition page on the Darlington Beach website where they must enter their name, email address and contact phone number.
• Only one entry per booking is permitted.
• Competition entry is open to Australian residents only.
• Employees and directors of the promoter, related companies, subsidiaries or affiliates and such employees’ immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Draws and Prizes:

• The prize includes a 5 night stay for up to two adults and two children in a Gumnut Villa at Darlington Beach Holiday Park.
• Prize Value: up to $1110
• 1 winner will be drawn every 6 months and be notified by telephone or via email. The next draw will be held on the 5 July 2012.
• The draw will be a computerised draw using the Random Integer Generator and will take place at FreeSpirit Holiday Parks Head Office at 117 Brisbane Road, Biggera Waters, QLD 4216.
• For any unclaimed prizes, a redraw will take place on 5 October 2012 at FreeSpirit Holiday Parks Head Office. 
• The draw will include all guests who submit an entry between 1 January -  30 June 2012.
  
• Stay must be for between 5 July 2012 – 30 June 2013, excluding school holidays. The winner must contact FreeSpirit Holiday Parks to organise suitable dates for both parties. 
• The winner (and their companion(s)) are responsible for all other expenses and ancillary costs including airfares, transfers, spending money, meals, drinks, laundry charges, activities, incidentals and any extras not detailed in the above prize.  
• Stay is subject to availability.
• No further discounts or specials apply.
• Prize package must be taken as one – not broken down into separate elements.
• Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash, and not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
• If for any reason a winner does not take an element of a prize by the time stipulated by the promoter, then that prize, or element thereof, will be forfeited.

Liability:

• The Promoter in its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify the rules and terms, make prize substitutions or cancel this competition without notice. Subject to any direction from a regulatory authority.

• The benefiting party is Darlington Beach Holiday Park (ABN 66 123 189 711) of 104-134 Eggins Drive, Arrawarra NSW 2456.
• The names and address details of entrants who have opted in to receive marketing information may be used as a mailing list for future promotions carried out by the promoter. Entrants can request not to receive any information by emailing marketing@freespiritresorts.com.au
